  • Your pain has a voice...let's listen.

You’re Struggling With…

Gender Identity

You may find yourself questioning whether your identity is "real enough," feeling like an imposter in your own skin, or waiting for some moment of certainty that never quite arrives. The weight of navigating a world that wasn't built with you in mind can leave you feeling exhausted, isolated, and disconnected from who you truly are. But underneath the doubt and confusion lives an authentic self that is already whole — one that deserves to be seen, understood, and celebrated.

Relationships

Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of joy — and one of the deepest sources of pain. Whether you're navigating communication breakdowns, struggling with trust, processing heartbreak, or trying to understand patterns that keep showing up in your connections with others, it can feel like no matter how hard you try, something always gets in the way. You may find yourself cycling through the same conflicts, shrinking yourself to keep the peace, or feeling profoundly lonely even when you're not alone. Healing begins when we slow down and explore the stories, wounds, and beliefs that shape how we show up in our relationships — so you can start building the connections you actually deserve.

Attachment

The ways we learned to connect — or protect ourselves from connection — in our earliest relationships follow us everywhere. If you find yourself anxiously clinging to closeness one moment and pushing people away the next, or always waiting for the people you love to leave, those patterns make sense — they kept you safe once. But old attachment wounds can quietly shape every relationship in your life, leaving you feeling like true intimacy is just out of reach. Together, we can explore where those patterns began, and gently build a new relationship with yourself and others rooted in trust, security, and belonging.

Anxiety & Depression

Some days it feels like your mind won't stop racing, your body is braced for something that never quite arrives, and the weight of simply getting through the day is exhausting. Other days the world goes flat — color drains out of things that used to matter, and it takes everything you have just to show up. Whether you're living with the relentless hum of anxiety, the heavy stillness of depression, or the disorienting experience of both at once, you are not broken and you are not alone. These symptoms are your nervous system's way of telling you that something needs tending to — and with the right support, healing is possible.

Self Worth

The way you see yourself colors everything — how you move through the world, what you believe you deserve, and whether you trust your own voice. If you've spent years measuring your worth by what you produce, how others see you, or impossible standards you can never quite meet, it can feel like no amount of achievement or reassurance ever really fills the gap. That quiet inner critic that tells you you're not enough didn't appear out of nowhere — it was shaped by experiences, relationships, and messages you absorbed long before you had the chance to question them. Together, we can start to loosen the grip of that narrative and rebuild a relationship with yourself that is honest, compassionate, and unshakeable.

You want change but…

You have no idea where to start.

Talking about it feels overwhelming.

You are out of ways to problem solve on your own.

Introducing

Art Psychotherapy

Art psychotherapy (aka Art Therapy) is a therapeutic approach that uses art, the creative process, and the resulting artwork to promote self-expression, curiosity, playfulness, growth, and insight while lowering defenses; especially around navigating challenging life blocks.

You do not have to be an artist or have previous creative experience to benefit from art psychotherapy. If you are someone who struggles to verbalize or add language to your internal emotional world, art psychotherapy may be a great fit for you. I also offer talk therapy and together we can find what approach/balance works best for you.
